Sleep Deprivation
may be the problem.

     Your lack of sleep may be affecting your life from your physical health to your mental health.
Some physical signs of sleep deprivation include, aching muscles, blurred vision, confusion, memory lapse, and weight gain. In contrast, sleep deprivation affects your mental health by causing depression, impatience, anger, frustration, and impairing  your perception.
Give your body the sleep it needs to function properly. This is the bodies time to rejuvenate and regenerate itself.
