**Relax:  Make quiet time for yourself everyday, whether it is listening to music, reading, or just removing yourself from the every hustle and bustle of life.

**Inhale-Exhale:  Slow down and take a deep breath, release all your tensions

**Relax Your Muscles:  Gradually from your head to your toes, stretch and relax every muscle in your body. You will feel a difference, when your through.

 Get in tune with your inner spiritual self. Think on positive things while relaxing your mind and soul.

Clearing your stress through journaling can help you find ways of preventing it and getting it under control, while releasing it in a positive manner.


**Live A Healthy Lifestyle:

Eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise can make the greatest impact on lessening the stress in you life. When Your body is healthy and happy, so are you.
